Jennie Baik

CEO and Co-Founder, Orchard Mile

She is an avid consumer technology and next generation retail strategist and currently serves as the CEO and Co-Founder of Orchard Mile. Previously, she was the Head of Strategy for Burberry Americas, and held various positions at Omnicom Group, including Director of Strategy & Business Development. Jennie holds a Masters degree from Harvard Business School and a BBA/BA in Business Honors and Plan II from the University of Texas.

Krister Karjalainen

Global Director Media, Digital & e-Commerce, Safilo Group

Krister leads the digital strategy of Safilo Group, one of the largest eyewear companies globally that manufactures and distributes for a variety of labels. He is an award-winning marketer with +15 years’ experience working for companies like IKEA, Nokia and P&G as Head of Digital, where he developed a deep understanding of how digital marketing fulfils business goals with even doses of logic, strategic thinking and open-minded creativity.

Helen Nonini

Brand Experience Advisor, H.edge

Widely known as H., she is a well-recognised brand advisor and strategic consultant, bringing out the best of companies’ key assets, shaping them to better fit the present and future. She starts her career in the financial world passing through the fundraising and non-profit sectors, then landing in the luxury industry.
She also worked as Head of Operations for the luxury concierge company Quintessentially and as PR in companies worldwide.

Ajlan Nihat Gun

Vice President Digital Commerce, Al Tayer Retail

Ajlan is in charge of Digital Commerce in Al Tayer Retail, leveraging his international consulting background and multidimensional retail experience to incubate new digital businesses within the division.
 
Prior to joining Al Tayer Group in 2015, he worked in Accenture as Senior Manager of Digital Strategy in several countries including Turkey, Japan, Switzerland, Italy and UAE, acquiring extensive Digital, Fashion, and Retail know-how.

For twenty years she has covered everything in the world of fashion, from the red carpets of Hollywood to the Haute Couture collections in the City of Light. Most notably, Jessica was the Online Style Editor of The International Herald Tribune, and worked for 16 years alongside one of the leading experts and most respected journalist in the field, Suzy Menkes.

Raffaello Napoleone

CEO, Pitti Immagine

He fills the role of Pitti Immagine's CEO in 1995, after working as its general director since 1989. Raffaello has led the company in its expansion and continued success, holding some of the fashion world's most internationally recognised trade fairs. He is also President of the board of directors of YOOX NET-A-PORTER Group, and sits on various other boards including Ente Moda Italia, FieraDigitale, Sistema Moda Italia, and Polimoda.

Pascal Morand

Executive President, Fédération de la Haute Couture et de la Mode

Mr. Morand began his current role in 2016, prior to which he held the positions of Deputy General Director of the Paris Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Dean of ESCP Europe, General Director of the Institut Français de la Mode, and worked on various projects dealing with economic innovation. He is also a Professor at ESCP Europe and a member of the National Academy of Technologies of France, having written numerous articles and books.

Scott Sinclair

He is an Industry Manager at Google & YouTube and a specialist in digital advertising within the luxury fashion sector. Scott focuses on enabling online and offline luxury retailers to maximise the impact of their digital strategy across multiple Google platforms including Search, YouTube, Mobile and the Display Network.

Riccardo Pozzoli

Co-Founder & CEO, TBS Crew

A young entrepreneur who, even before finishing his studies in Bocconi, had co-founded the blog that would become one of the most influential in fashion: TheBlondeSalad. After also co-founding with Chiara Ferragni TBS Crew, he created 3 more companies in the innovation field and will soon launch the TBS e-shop. Nominated Men’s Best Social Engager at the Socialyte Gala 2013 Awards in NYC, he was also part of a Harvard Case Study in 2015.

Carlo Capasa

President, Camera Nazionale della Moda Italiana

With years of experience in fashion strategy, production and distribution, Capasa worked in and headed prestigious brands before becoming CEO of Costume National, a position held from its founding in 1986 until 2016 when it was sold.

In 2010 he was nominated councillor of Camera Nazionale della Moda Italiana. Five years later, he became President, launching a strategy based on 3 pillars: sustainability, digitalisation, and new brands.

Tommaso Saronni

Director Digital, PR & Social for Italy, Adidas Group

With a degree in Astrophysics, he works in adidas since 2005, covering different Marketing roles of increasing responsibility over the years. He worked as a Product Manager in Football, and then as Sr. Brand Manager, organising communication and advertising campaigns. In 2015 he took the role of Director Digital, PR & Social for Italy with full responsibility of all publishing activities and the development of communication strategies.

Paolo Mascio

President Online Flagship Stores, YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP

Paolo Mascio leads the Online Flagship Stores “Powered by YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP”. He previously led the In-Season division of YOOX Group prior to its 2015 merger with THE NET-A-PORTER GROUP.
Paolo began his career in consumer goods with Kraft and Coca-Cola before taking a number senior roles at radio business L’Espresso and then Mandarina Duck.
Paolo is a graduate of Milan’s Luigi Bocconi University where he studied economics and commerce.

Fay is the Brand & Content Director for Decoded Fashion a global event series creating innovative events for the fashion, beauty, retail and technology industries. Her role within Decoded Fashion sees her driving brand strategy & leading on content creation worldwide.
Before joining Decoded Fashion, she has worked with various luxury fashion brands & fashion tech startups.

Riccardo Vannetti

Graduated in History of Art at the University of Siena, he worked as freelance journalist for publications such as L’Uomo Vogue, MF Fashion, L’Officiel Hommes. He held management-level positions with global firms and then joined Lagente – a company managing fashion designers and creative profiles offering them strategic consulting – working as COO and Executive VP. He recently joined Pitti Immagine as the Director of the Tutorship division.

Francesco Bottigliero

CEO, e-PITTI.com & FieraDigitale

With a degree in Economics & Management from Bocconi, his fashion career began after a decade in the digital arena around the world. He is now the CEO of FieraDigitale, company co-founded and co-owned with Pitti Immagine, heading e-PITTI.com, a platform with over 1.3k fashion brands and 30k global buyers. He is also the Chief Digital Officer of Brunello Cucinelli, managing all of its Information Technology, Digital and eCommerce projects.

Alfredo Orobio

Founder & CEO, AWAYTOMARS

Alfredo founded AWAYTOMARS - an online platform to promote co-creation, design-thinking and profit sharing - in 2015. Since its launch, it has been highlighted by the press as one of the most innovative uses of tech in fashion. Alfredo, an International Relations graduate, has worked in management, marketing, innovation and digital intelligence, holding senior executive roles at São Paulo's MCF Consulting, Havas Group and Frescobol Carioca.

Roberto Riccio

Group Managing Director, Istituto Marangoni

Since 2009 Riccio is responsible for the entire Istituto Marangoni organisation. Under his leadership, the school has tripled its income, opening up to the fields of design and art, increasing its number of branches from 3 to 10 worldwide, and validating its educational products internationally. He was recently appointed Chief Strategy Officer of Galileo Global Education, and was previously the General Manager of Opodo Italy and Interhome.

Working as a staff reporter for Dow Jones Newswires, a contributor to the Wall Street Journal and the head of her own online magazine bacoluxury.com, Sofia writes extensively about the evolution and economic hurdles in the Italian fashion, retail and textile industry. She also freelances for WWD and is the Milan Correspondent for NOWFASHION.COM.

Jarvis Macchi

Global Head of Digital, PINKO

Beginning as a contributor for Italian newspapers, Jarvis moved into consulting, and then became Tod’s Global Digital PR Manager, and the Digital Director of Brook's England thereafter. He is now Head of Digital of the Italian company PINKO. He wrote “Luxury 2.0, the digital strategy of luxury brands” (2010) and “Luxury 2.0, digital evolution” (2013), both edited by Lupetti.

Enrica Arena

Co-Founder, Orange Fiber

Prior to joining Orange Fiber - the Italian company that manufactures sustainable fabrics for fashion from citrus juice byproduct - Erica worked in communication for the non-profit sector and as project manager for Bibliotheca Alexandrina and UNDP-Egypt, where her passion for social entrepreneurship as the driving force for growth started. In her current position, she is in charge of communication, marketing and fundraising.

Hans Hoegstedt

CEO & Managing Director, Miroglio Fashion

Sweden-born, Hans lived in 7 countries holding important roles in Marketing & Sales and General Management of leading corporations including Coca-Cola, Timex, Fiat Auto, and Prysmian Group, prior to joining Miroglio Fashion. Fashion was a fitting return to his roots and passion: in his earlier years, he launched his own line of trousers in Los Angeles. He holds the position of CEO & Managing Director of Miroglio Fashion since 2016.

Marc Sondermann

CEO & Editor-In-Chief, Fashion Magazine

After obtaining two masters’ degrees in industrial engineering and international business, Marc Sondermann kicked off his career at Payback, the CRM company. In 2003, he founded Europolitan, the online news platform. He subsequently worked as Italian Correspondent for TextilWirtschaft and as e-commerce consultant for several luxury and fashion brands. In 2014 he was appointed Editor-in-Chief of Fashion Magazine and CEO of Edizioni Ecomarket.
