Jennie Baik

CEO and Co-Founder, Orchard Mile

She is an avid consumer technology and next generation retail strategist and currently serves as the CEO and Co-Founder of Orchard Mile. Previously, she was the Head of Strategy for Burberry Americas, and held various positions at Omnicom Group, including Director of Strategy & Business Development. Jennie holds a Masters degree from Harvard Business School and a BBA/BA in Business Honors and Plan II from the University of Texas.

Arthur Arbesser

Creative Director, Fay

Born and raised in Vienna, Arthur moved to London to study Womenswear at Central Saint Martins College and then to Milan to work for Giorgio Armani for over 7 years. He launched his namesake womenswear label in 2013, winning Vogue Italia and Altaroma’s prestigious competition “Who is on Next?” with his second collection. Now also the Creative Director of Fay, he continues the search for his very own, individual aesthetic.

Claudio Marenzi

A passion for contemporary art & sport, and a mission: to testify to the best of Made in Italy.
He relaunched the brand established by his father, Herno, as its CEO from 2007 and President from 2011. Today Herno is an internationally recognized luxury brand with €76mil of sales in 2016. He is also the newly-appointed President of Pitti Immagine, the Chairman of Confidustria Moda, and leads both Sistema Moda Italia and Ente Moda Italia.

Nina Shariati

Transparency Responsible, H&M

She is currently Transparency Responsible at H&M’s Sustainability Department driving the overall collaboration with SAC, as well as projects related to transparency. During her 10 years within H&M, she has had various positions such as Buying Strategist in Stockholm, Product Developer in in Bangladesh and Purchasing Manager in Shanghai. She is a textile engineer graduate from School of Textile in Borås.

Ajlan Nihat Gun

Vice President Digital Commerce, Al Tayer Retail

Ajlan is in charge of Digital Commerce in Al Tayer Retail, leveraging his international consulting background and multidimensional retail experience to incubate new digital businesses within the division.

A former blogger and influencer, Francesca's previous roles include responsibilities at Ermenegildo Zegna, Louis Vuitton in Milan and then Paris and L'Oréal Italy, where she led the digital transformation in within the Professional Products Division.

Lee Wood

Creative Director, Dirk Bikkembergs

Appointed Creative Director of Dirk Bikkembergs in 2016, Lee is responsible for all aspects of the brand profile of Dirk Bikkembergs & Bikkembergs. Prior to this position, he had launched his own brand, L72, which won the “Who Is On Next” award in 2015, opened a consultancy studio, StudioL72, and worked in Versace for 16 years with various senior creative roles including Chief Designer of Versus womenswear and Head of License Accessories.

Pascal Morand

Executive President, Fédération de la Haute Couture et de la Mode

Mr. Morand began his current role in 2016, prior to which he held the positions of Deputy General Director of the Paris Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Dean of ESCP Europe, General Director of the Institut Français de la Mode, and worked on various projects dealing with economic innovation. He is also a Professor at ESCP Europe and a member of the National Academy of Technologies of France, having written numerous articles and books.

As Luxury Industry Manager at Google London, she works with the largest luxury fashion, jewellery and beauty clients, advising them on marketing strategy, international expansion, user experience, branding excellence and disruptive creative partnerships. Before Google, she spent 7 years working in luxury publishing in multiple roles at Hearst and Conde Nast, most recently as Branding Director at Harper's Bazaar and Town & Country.

Luca Martines

Luca joined the REDA 1865 Group as CEO of REDA Rewoolution in 2017. Prior to this, he held several roles in the YOOX NET A PORTER Group from 2005-2017 including Web Marketing and CRM Director, General Manager Asia Pacific, and President of YOOX and TheOutnet. In earlier years he also worked for Mypix.com, a start-up of Dixons Group, as Business Development Manager for Southern Europe gaining valuable experience in web marketing and CRM.

Edward Buchanan

Ohio-born designer Edward Buchanan is a graduate of NY Parsons School of Design and is a sought-after consultant working under The moniker THESITUATION. In 2009, he launched Sansovino6: a creative knitwear brand that has since evolved into a transversal all-knitted collection, snapped up in Europe, the US, and Japan. Amongst his previous roles in fashion, he was design director of Bottega Veneta for 6 years from 1995.

Tommaso Saronni

With a degree in Astrophysics, he works in adidas since 2005, covering different Marketing roles of increasing responsibility over the years. He worked as a Product Manager in Football, and then as Sr. Brand Manager, organising communication and advertising campaigns. In 2015 he took the role of Director Digital, PR & Social for Italy with full responsibility of all publishing activities and the development of communication strategies.

Paolo Mascio

Paolo Mascio leads the Online Flagship Stores “Powered by YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP”. He previously led the In-Season division of YOOX Group prior to its 2015 merger with THE NET-A-PORTER GROUP.
Paolo began his career in consumer goods with Kraft and Coca-Cola before taking a number senior roles at radio business L’Espresso and then Mandarina Duck.
Paolo is a graduate of Milan’s Luigi Bocconi University where he studied economics and commerce.

He was appointed Editor-In-Chief Fashion & Business Development Esquire Italia in October 2017. Previously he was the Editor-In-Chief of MFFashion for 10 years, where he still covers the role of Fashion & Luxury Columnist. In his career, he was also the Managing Editor of L'Uomo Vogue, Vogue Sport and Vogue Tessuti, Curator of Eccellenza Italia, and Creative Director of Ladies. He is also a curator for various global fashion exhibits.

Karinna Nobbs

Chief Futurist, Holition

She is the Chief Futurist at Holition, a London based creative technology agency focused on emerging technologies and AR for the luxury and beauty sectors. Karinna is a published academic author who researches and lectures at London College of Fashion, Antwerp Management School and ESCP Europe. Her areas of specialism include experiential innovation strategy, and the digitalisation of retail formats and immersive sensory environments.

Jessica Michault

For twenty years she has covered everything in the world of fashion, from the red carpets of Hollywood to the Haute Couture collections in the City of Light. Most notably, Jessica was the Online Style Editor of The International Herald Tribune, and worked for 16 years alongside one of the leading experts and most respected journalist in the field, Suzy Menkes.

Franck Negro

Managing Director Southern Europe, Yext

Franck began his career at Canon France and then Xerox France. In 1997, he joined Adobe Systems France, where he successfully negotiated its business model transformation from the sale of perpetual licenses to the sale of software subscriptions. In 2015, Franck joined Experian Marketing France where he became COO and then Managing Director. He is the Managing Director Southern Europe at the software company Yext (NYSE) since February 2017.

He recently joined Pitti Immagine as the Director of the Tutorship division.

Krister Karjalainen

Krister leads the digital strategy of Safilo Group, one of the largest eyewear companies globally that manufactures and distributes for a variety of labels. He is an award-winning marketer with +15 years’ experience working for companies like IKEA, Nokia and P&G as Head of Digital, where he developed a deep understanding of how digital marketing fulfils business goals with even doses of logic, strategic thinking and open-minded creativity.

Francesco Bottigliero

With a degree in Economics & Management from Bocconi, his fashion career began after a decade in the digital arena around the world. He is now the CEO of FieraDigitale, company co-founded and co-owned with Pitti Immagine, heading e-PITTI.com, a platform with over 1.3k fashion brands and 30k global buyers. He is also the Chief Digital Officer of Brunello Cucinelli, managing all of its Information Technology, Digital and eCommerce projects.

Giorgia Longoni

Global e-Commerce Marketing & CRM Director, Luxottica Group

After years of marketing experience in several companies including IBM, Ask.com, Google, and YOOX, she joins Luxottica in 2013. In her roles as Global e-Commerce Marketing Director for the Luxottica portfolio (including Ray-Ban, Oakley, and Vogue), she oversees multichannel campaigns, with the objective to deepen consumer relationships, drive profit and consumer acquisition. Giorgia holds a degree in Economics from Bocconi University.

Enda Breslin

Head of Sales & Business Development Europe, Radial

He has pioneered efforts in building and operating end-to-end outsourced e-Commerce solutions. He launched some of the first online stores in Europe in his role as Technical Director of CompuServe Europe in the early 90’s. Enda went on to co-found the first European e-Commerce SaaS platform in 1997 at Aspherio. Since 2005 he has been driving Radial’s international expansion.

Riccardo Pozzoli

An entrepreneur who, even before finishing his studies at Bocconi University, had already co-founded TheBlondeSalad and contributed to developing a business method for brand-influencer collaborations. He also co-founded Chiara Ferragni Collections, expanding the blogger business into retail, as well as other startups. Nominated Men’s Best Social Engager at the Socialyte Gala 2013 Awards, he was also part of 2 Harvard Case Studies.

Roberto Riccio

Since 2009 Riccio is responsible for the entire Istituto Marangoni organisation. Under his leadership, the school has tripled its income, opening up to the fields of design and art, increasing its number of branches from 3 to 10 worldwide, and validating its educational products internationally. He was recently appointed Chief Strategy Officer of Galileo Global Education, and was previously the General Manager of Opodo Italy and Interhome.

Carlo Capasa

With years of experience in fashion strategy, production and distribution, Capasa worked in and headed prestigious brands before becoming CEO of Costume National, a position held from its founding in 1986 until 2016 when it was sold.

In 2010 he was nominated councillor of Camera Nazionale della Moda Italiana. Five years later, he became President, launching a strategy based on 3 pillars: sustainability, digitalisation, and new brands.

Alan M. Rhode

Co-Founder, Taxmen.eu

Alan is a co-founder at Taxmen.eu, the global company specializing in tax and legal for e-Commerce. Alan focuses on VAT, customs duties, sales tax and other tax matters relating to the digital sector. Taxmen.eu advises various multinational fashion brands in Europe, USA, Australia and Canada in tax and legal matters, including tax law, privacy law, IP law and competition law.

Jarvis Macchi

Beginning as a contributor for Italian newspapers, Jarvis moved into consulting, and then became Tod’s Global Digital PR Manager, and the Digital Director of Brook's England thereafter. He is now Head of Digital of the Italian company PINKO. He wrote “Luxury 2.0, the digital strategy of luxury brands” (2010) and “Luxury 2.0, digital evolution” (2013), both edited by Lupetti.

Prior to joining Orange Fiber - the Italian company that manufactures sustainable fabrics for fashion from citrus juice byproduct - Erica worked in communication for the non-profit sector and as project manager for Bibliotheca Alexandrina and UNDP-Egypt, where her passion for social entrepreneurship as the driving force for growth started. In her current position, she is in charge of communication, marketing and fundraising.

Hans Hoegstedt

Silvano Galli

Marco Serpilli

He is the founder and CEO of WARDA, a provider of digital transformation solutions for the Fashion & Luxury Retail industry that has now begun a process to share the experience of Italian Fashion Tech globally. Having founded another 2 companies previously, both sold to listed international groups, he's a technologist with a business expertise. He worked on international clients and still takes care of product development within WARDA.

Lorenzo Albrighi

Founder, Lablaco

Lorenzo is 30 years old and has already gained solid experiences as Master Tailor: from Caraceni in Milan to M. Marinaro in Florence, also establishing his own brand and atelier. He then realized that it’d be key for both his brand and other emerging designers to have a real, innovative and boundless platform to present collections worldwide, and to address style proposals directly with demanding clients: the Lablaco project was born.
